Failume Heights’ signature glow still lights up the waterfront, but every corner now hides lore tied to the enigmatic Phaethon organization. Players can scale towering rooftops, poke around alleyway bazaars, and revisit fan-favorite spots retrofitted with fresh visual flourishes. The result is a region that feels both familiar and ripe for new secrets.

Revamped Systems & Traversal Tools

Version 2.0 introduces the Suibian Temple system, transforming resource gathering into a strategic endeavor. Assign your Bangboo cadres to specialized commissions, upgrade facility wings, and stockpile rare crafting materials. Meanwhile, the Lemnian Hollow’s Miasmic Field mechanic forces teams to adjust on the fly, as enemies gain adaptive shields and elemental-enhanced attacks. To navigate New Eridu and the Peninsula more smoothly, developers added a fully realized 3D map, smarter waypoint markers, and Fissure Beacons for rapid return to town.

New S-Rank Agents & Bangboos

Combat versatility receives a serious boost with the arrival of two new S-Rank Proxies. Yixuan wields Auric Ink to unleash two distinct Ultimate modes—one focused on single-target burst damage, the other on area-of-effect control. Ju Fufu, a specialist in Fire Stun, brings critical-damage buffing to the table, amplifying team synergy. Joining these Proxies are Pan Yinhu, the culinary panda who excels at absorbing hits, and the S-Rank Bangboo Belion, a resource-generating buddy that supports long dungeon runs. Returning favorites like Astra Yao and Caesar also benefit from new skins and ability tweaks.

To mark the first anniversary of Zenless Zone Zero, HoYoverse is showering Proxies with plenty of goodies. Every player can claim a free S-Rank Agent and a W-Engine, plus 1,600 Polychromes and 20 Encrypted Master Tapes.
